Sadhoo Return & Refund Policy

At Sadhoo, every fragrance is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before it reaches you. Since perfumes are personal-use products, we follow a limited return policy to ensure the safety and authenticity of every bottle.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

- You receive a damaged or leaking product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- An item is missing from your order.
- The product is defective upon delivery.

Reporting an Issue

To help us resolve your concern quickly:

- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number along with clear photos and a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
- Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval in cases of transit damage or missing items.

Resolution Process

Once your claim is received:

1. Our team will review the information within 2 business days.
2. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or process a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
3. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Personal preference regarding the fragrance.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Minor variations in fragrance or packaging that do not affect product quality.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

- Opened or used perfume bottles.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidental handling after delivery.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary samples.
